Are vaccines required?
Yes! Your pets must be up to date on all vaccines for Boarding and Day Care. Below are the required vaccines.
For dogs: Bordatella, DHPP (5-Way Combo), Rabies
For Cats: Leukemia, CRVC, Rabies
What should I bring when my pet boards with you?
We have everything your pet needs for their stay, but we do recommend bringing your pet’s own food. If you cannot bring your own food, we offer Science Diet Advanced fitness formula for $4 each day of your dog’s stay. To ensure that we are able to clean and sanitize any food-related items, we do use our own measuring cups and bowls–however, slow feeders are more than welcome if your pet requires one. Additionally, any special feeding instructions or medication administration can be accommodated! As we have limited space for belongings, please only bring necessary items for their stay–toys and treats are welcome! Please no comforters or oversized beds–you can bring your pet’s bed as long as it has a washable, removable cover. Please label all belongings to ensure a safe return.
Can I pick up my pet on Sunday?
Although all boarding pets are fed, kept clean, and let out throughout the day, our front office is closed on Sundays. Please plan on picking up on Saturday night, or Monday morning.
What is group activity?
Always under the supervision of a trained staff, social dogs are invited out together to play in our activity yards or to run and chase in our Dog Park. Dogs are grouped together according to size, energy level, and by temperament, to ensure the safest experience possible.
What is required as a new client?
To ensure everyone’s safety in our facility, all new dogs are required to complete a two hour temperament test. Our kennel technicians are trained to watch for unwanted behavior that could create an unsafe situation for other dogs or people. Once they pass the test, you can book any boarding or daycare reservations. We have both morning and afternoon appointments available!
